The following Terms and Conditions govern the engagement of services by Nitya Bharat. By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. We require 100% advance payment from the Client upon approval of project scope and timeline, and we shall not commence work on the project until the full payment has been received.

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or replacements. The Client acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the project scope and timeline before making the payment. We retain all intellectual property rights to the work created for the Client, and the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the work for their intended purpose.

We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the services provided. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Nitya Bharat against any claims, damages, or expenses. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], and any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through [Dispute Resolution Process].
